For over 15 years Tom has been known for his results-focused marketing and operations solutions, as well as his dedication to exceptional customer service. Drawing from his vast experience in various sectors of the marketing service industries, he is focused on assisting clients with the integration of their traditional marketing efforts with today’s emerging online technologies. Tom has been recognized for his expertise in creating truly personalized, one-to-one direct response campaigns that deliver an exceptional return on investment.
His past experience includes a number of years as Vice President of Operations with a $40 million catalog division of Time Warner, Inc. called Time Warner Viewer’s Edge. Under his management of the marketing and fulfillment operations, both areas achieved an operational savings of 20% thanks to his unique solutions.
After his stint with Time Warner, Tom joined a small marketing firm located in Saddle Brook, NJ in 1996. Utilizing his previous skills to attract a diverse blend of new clients, the company rapidly grew. The firm’s range of services also expanded to satisfy clients’ marketing needs from consultation and creative right on through to results assessment. Tom earned a partnership in 1998 and that once small company became known as ForbesAMG when Tom became the sole owner of the firm in 2005.

Jim Gawley, VP eMedia –
Jim has been at the forefront of eMarketing for his entire career. As VP of Business Development for a NJ-based trade publisher he launched the company’s first website and produced a series of eNewsletters for a variety of international food associations with a total daily circulation of over 110,000.
Drawing from over 15 years of experience, Jim continues to assist associations with their traditional and online efforts to improve member retention/acquisition, trade show awareness and member communication. He is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Email Experience Council (now part of the Direct Marketing Association).
Jim works with clients to develop personalized and customized direct mail messages by utilizing new digital print technologies and personalized URLs. He has authored white papers to assist ForbesAMG clients in creating true one to one direct marketing experiences for their customers and prospects.
Jim is a graduate of Boston University and was recently a “Thought Leader” at a Frost & Sullivan seminar on Online Marketing. He has been interviewed on CNN, as well as CNN Financial Network and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today and many local and regional newspapers.
